’24: Legacy’ video: Take a look behind the scenes
Sure, it may be a good while still before you get a chance to see “24: Legacy” on the air (it doesn’t premiere until the new year), but it’s never too early to start to get excited, right? We certainly like to think this way.
In the new video below, the show’s executive producers and cast are going to do their part to preview what is coming up on the series, and also at the same time where the idea came from to take the story of Jack Bauer and translate it over to someone new, while still having it make sense. That someone here is Eric Carter, a man who comes home from battle to find a whole new array of problems waiting for him.
To go along with that, this preview also gives us a sense of Miranda Otto’s character of Rebecca, the outgoing CTU head who has a new test in front of her courtesy of her husband’s Presidential campaign. Politics have long been a part of the “24” universe (just remember President Heller from “24: Live Another Day”), so it’s no surprise to see them included here. Also, given how excellent Otto was on “Homeland,” there is a pretty tremendous reason to be excited about what is coming up here.
Given that the show is not premiering for some time, we still have a pretty good feeling that there will be a whole lot more in the way of news to report on in the coming days. Therefore, be on the lookout…
