‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ preview: on Tamra Judge, Meghan King Edmonds, and party problems

After a week off of the air due to the Olympics, Bravo will be bringing “The Real Housewives of Orange County” back with a new episode on Monday night. Based on the sneak peek below, a sushi party for Meghan King Edmonds is going to have drama before it even happens!

Why is that? Let’s just say that a big part of it has to do with the guest list. As the sneak peek below via Us Weekly gives away, Meghan is upset over the fact that Tamra Judge has invited Vicki Gunvalson to the event, even though the two recently had a cordial discussion. Tamra suggests that she was told to invite to the affair, so she’s confused now about the turnaround. Yet, she offers to do so if that’s what Meghan wants.

At the same time, Meghan seems confused why Vicki was invited to begin with, and argues that one moment between the two parties does not constitute her wanting to spend significant amounts of time around her at a celebration.

By the time this episode ends, we have a feeling that Vicki’s possible attendance will not be at the forefront of any of the problems for the ladies on this show. After all, some listings for this episode have suggested that an avalanche of drama around Kelly Dodd could lead to even more conflict for several of the ladies.

Let’s close here with an ever-familiar refrain for this show: Parties often mean pandemonium. We cannot think of many examples where everyone is happy at the end.
