‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 4: Chloe Bennet teases Daisy – Ghost Rider interaction

Agents -The fourth season of “Agents of SHIELD” is currently in the process of filming for ABC, and we certainly do get the sense that there are a wide array of interesting things coming up. For one, we’re going to have a chance to meet a new Director as played by Jason O’Mara, and we’re also going to get to see an extremely popular character in Ghost Rider hit the screen!

In case you haven’t heard, this version of the character is Robbie Reyes from some of the recent Marvel comics, so don’t expect anything similar to the Nicolas Cage version on the show. It’s certainly still exciting, given that everyone will have their own reactions to meeting such an unusual character. This includes Daisy Johnson a.k.a. Quake, who is already out on her own and carrying out what is in many ways vigilante justice.

In speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Chloe Bennet teases that there are “not very happy interactions” between Daisy and Robbie, though she does make it clear that they have a few things in common — but not necessarily enough to make their relationship romantic:

“They have similar backgrounds. They’re both probably misunderstood, but [not really romantic]. She’s really hurting. She’s in a lot of pain. The only thing she wants is to have nothing to lose.”

Of course, there is certainly plenty of time to go this season for this dynamic to change, but to be honest we’d be more than fine if there was not any romantic subplot at all for Daisy this season. After all, it feels like she’s got plenty of other good stuff to focus on for a while.
