‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 13 premiere: Check out the (super-cryptic) episode title
While we may not know too much at present regarding the content of the season 3 premiere of “Grey’s Anatomy,” we at least do know something else that is certainly rather exciting: The title for the episode.
In a post on Twitter, executive producer Debbie Allen revealed that “Undo” is the title for the first episode; also, she just so happens to be directing it! There have been many great episodes under her watchful eye so far in the series, so we anticipate the same exact thing here.
As to what in the world this title could mean, there are a few possibilities dancing around in our head already:
- Maybe this marks an opportunity for Meredith to try to undo what happened with Riggs after learning the true extent of Maggie’s feelings.
- Could Alex try to undo what happened with Andrew? He may realize that he clearly misinterpreted things between him and Jo, and he could want to find a way to get the two back on better footing once more
- It’s also possible that this title could be medically-related, and tied to a mistake that a doctor makes while at the hospital.
- The most likely scenario is that it is a combination of several different things that constitutes what is coming up in the story ahead.
No matter what the individual stories are during the premiere, one thing will probably remain constant: These stories are probably not going to be resolved over the course of a single hour. If they were, we’d wonder if the show is planning a drastic change in tone. Typically, Shonda Rhimes and the writers like to have things build over time.
