‘Devious Maids’ season 4 finale video: Evelyn receives news from Adrian

Monday night’s new episode of “Devious Maids” marks the season 4 finale, and with that, we’re going to get a chance to see many surprises.

Based on the sneak peek HERE, Evelyn may be privy to one of them as Adrian drops some rather surprising news on her: He’s engaged! While divorce may be something that she’s wanted, this is probably not the sort of way in which she expected to get there. At least her facial reactions in response to it are pretty priceless, and remind us in the process of why we enjoy the character so much.

So where will this story go? For now that’s anyone’s guess, but it is a nice cap to what has been a thoroughly enjoyable season for Evelyn from start to finish, whether it be her fall from money, her new friendships, and everything that has transpired in between.

Elsewhere in this episode, be prepared for a few more clues to drop in regards to what happened to Peri; we’re hoping for a firm answer at some point during the finale, and given what we know about this show, we also would not be entirely shocked if there was some sort of epic cliffhanger to boot. Even if the future is uncertain after season 4, this show really thrives on that element of surprise and giving us something to look forward to. Who knows? Maybe it will even mobilize some support
