‘Baby Daddy’ season 6: Premiere date speculation for Freeform comedy

Tonight, the fifth season of “Baby Daddy” came to a close, and as a result of that, we had a particularly surprising reveal for people who are fans of the Danny / Riley pairing: She’s pregnant! There was certainly suspicion going into the finale that this could be the case, and it now seems like this is the direction the show is heading in. Since parenting has long been a theme of the series, it only feels appropriate to try to reintroduce it now.

As for what is happening next, rest assured first and foremost that there will be a sixth season for the series. That was confirmed by Freeform earlier this year.

Now, the question here is simply a matter as to when the new season is going to premiere. There’s unfortunately not much confirmed about that just yet. What makes this tricky is that new seasons for this show have a tendency to start all over the place. Our preference would be to have the new season start in the winter and end in the summer, similar to what we had going on with season 5. When the show was renewed, the following detail was handed down (per TVLine) about what season 6 could bring:

“Ben will remain on his quest to find the ‘girl of his dreams’ and Emma’s new mom, while Danny and Riley figure out their future.”
