‘Poldark’ season 2: See Aidan Turner, cast in new Masterpiece preview!

The cast of “Poldark” recently descended upon Los Angeles to take part in the Television Critics Association Summer Press Tour there, and as a result of that, we have bestowed quite a gift: The smallest of teases for the upcoming second season!

Below, you can see Aidan Turner and many other cast members back in action along the picturesque shores of Cornwall, being dashing and trying to be heroic. This is a show stuffed full of almost everything you could possibly want, whether it be action, drama, romance, and everything in between. We gotta admit that the music at first here is rather jarring, but we’ll take it in the event that we get a new promo.

The second season is going to be premiering in America come Sunday, September 25 at a special time in 8:00 p.m. Eastern time; from there, we’re going to see the show move to 9:00 p.m. Eastern for the remainder of its run on PBS. The show will start earlier in Great Britain, but for those bummed out by the wait in the States, just remember that at least you are not being forced to wait until the new year like you were for “Downton Abbey” for so many years.

As we get closer and closer to the premiere, we can only imagine that there will be more coverage and footage coming in from both countries. After all, it would be silly to not cover hard what may be the one most popular British dramas on the air.
