‘Preacher’ finale video: Watch the first five minutes right now!

The season finale of “Preacher” is airing Sunday night on AMC, but the good news for us is that you don’t have to wait until the episode airs to actually start to dive into the show!

In the video below, you can see the entire first five minutes of the episode, which definitely looks to be all sorts of intense, exciting, and really a culmination of everything that has happened on the series so far. So if you have enjoyed the show up until this point, then these first five minutes are going to be right up your alley.

One of the most compelling parts of this upcoming episode, at least to us, is the notion of God being present in Annville. The opening of the episode plays that really well, and then eventually we start to simmer down and center on a scene that is all about Tulip demanding to find Jesse, only to eventually see him sporting a towel. The two have a quick conversation, but the scene doesn’t exactly end without some more fireworks.

Finally, the closing scene with Cassidy may be more important than almost any other, if for no other reason than that it makes it clear that Eugene may be who is being hunted down. Sure, Preacher may be on the run, but the truth may be what matters to some in Annville more so than anything else.

Provided that the full finale turns out to be anything like this opening, the one thing that we know for sure is that we are in for a heck of a crazy, entertaining end to the journey. Be sure to come back for our review of the finale, and more news on what could be happening with season 2.
