‘The Musketeers’ season 3, episode 9 preview: About the Queen’s son…

On this weekend’s new episode of “The Musketeers,” we are going to see a story with many different priorities … but at the center of all of them could be protecting the Dauphin at whatever cost necessarily.

Specifically, the sneak peek below is very much about that, as you can see some of our heroes do everything that they can in an effort to ensure that the Queen’s son is safe from what is proving to be a rather horrible alliance of Grimaud, Gaston and the Duke of Lorraine. Trying to find a place to hide someone of such nobility is no easy task, but with the help of Treville, there may be a way. Specifically, be prepared to see her make a few surprising moves when it comes to where to hide him. Here’s a quick hint: It may require him to wear different clothes, and require him to be in plain sight. It’s a risk, but we have learned over time that these characters are indeed very much risk-takers! Part of the fun is seeing how they precisely handle some of these sort of situations.

This episode is surely going to be one that is all sorts of dramatic, mostly because of what we’re building up to at this point: The end of the entire series. We know that this is the final batch of episodes, and every indication that we’re getting suggests that we will have a thrill ride, and we are going to see the show go out in true “Musketeers” fashion. That means things will probably go haywire at some point.
