‘Girl Meets World’ season 3, episode 10 preview: ‘Girl Meets I Do’ and a wedding

Tonight on “Girl Meets World,” we are finally going to have a chance to learn some key relationship revelations. So, what better way to continue this along with a wedding? While there is no new episode of the show airing on August 5, come August 12 there will be another new episode of the show entitled “Girl Meets I Do” that you may have heard a thing or two about already. Plus, this wedding was a story that was first set up a few weeks back when Shawn Hunter proposed to Maya’s mom Katy.

Will the wedding happen in this episode? We hope so, but the synopsis below doesn’t make it 100% clear that said ceremony is taking place over the course of the half-hour:

“Maya has some concerns about Shawn and Katy’s upcoming wedding.”

Ultimately, we do think that this is going to be a pivotal episode when it comes to Maya and her long-term family. She has spent at least part of her life jealous of Riley and the family structure that she’s had, while ironically Riley has wanted some of her free-spirited life. This could be a time for change, and a time for Maya to figure out more of who she wants to be because of new influences in her life. In the end, we imagine that this will be a celebratory episode at times, but also a fairly emotional one at others. In the end, we’ll have to wait and see precisely how all of this unravels.
