‘Devious Maids’ season 4, episode 9 preview: The path to the finale

There are only two episodes left on “Devious Maids” season 4, and as a result of that, you really have to figure that there are going to be some fireworks. We’re getting closer to finding Peri’s killer, romances are in bloom, and intentions of various characters will be questioned left and right.

The next new episode is entitled “Much Ado About Buffing,” and in preparation for that, why not present a few teasers right now?

1. The relationship between Danni and Carmen is getting better (finally). Of course, you want to be hopeful that this is the sort of thing that lasts, but what if it has been set up on lies and deception?

2. Spence finds a way to help with Rosie, as Miguel begins displaying some unwelcome behavior at school. Given what the kid has been through, we cannot say that we’re altogether surprised about any of this…

3. Marisol will learn something new about Genevieve from her past, and in turn, maybe it will help to figure out who is behind Peri’s death.

4. In general, there is a crazy episode for Zoila coming up! Her romantic life has become much more interesting as of late, but so has her work life. Dealing with her new boss under these present circumstances will not be easy.

Whatever happens in this episode will carry over to the finale, and that in turn could help to set up a fifth season. While “Devious Maids” has not been renewed as of yet, we continue to hold out hope that something good is going to come on the horizon.
