‘Major Crimes’ season 5, episode 6 video: ‘Tourist Trap’ has far-reaching consequences

Monday night’s new episode of “Major Crimes” is entitled “Tourist Trap,” and is a few hours away from airing. So what can you expect to see over the course of the hour? We’ve got a few teasers to help set the table…

1. An attack – British tourists will be at the center of great tragedy during their second honeymoon, and could be a part of a larger Venice Beach robbery. The promo below certainly makes it appear that there are many more crimes, and this could just be scratching the surface of the problems ahead.

2. Problems with a journalist – After this said robbery, a prominent member of the press could take advantage of the incident to take their career to the next level. In turn, they could be looking to do some damage to the Los Angeles tourism industry. If people, particularly in Great Britain, think that the city is unsafe, there goes a big chunk of revenue! What we’re trying to say is that there is certainly a good chance that the Major Crimes division could be under more pressure than usual during this case.

3. Rusty’s biological mother returns – While there’s not much in the way of information about this in the promo below, it is happening, and she and Rusty will have a chance to address her recent pregnancy revelation in a way that they did not previously. Hopefully, the two will view this as an opportunity for closure.
