‘America’s Got Talent’ wildcards: Steven Brundage, Sila Sveta, FLIP returning
The top 33 acts on “America’s Got Talent” were already announced, but we are rather pleased now to add something more to the table: The official wildcards! These have been finally named by NBC, and we are very much excited to see what they are going to be able to bring to the show moving forward.
Steven Brundage – To us, this was a no-brainer since he never should have been eliminated in the first place. Sure, he is not the flashiest magician in the world, but he is innovative with some of his Rubik’s Cube tricks and we think as a result of that there are a good many people who love and respect his work.
FLIP – A dance group who certainly has passion, but they don’t have nearly as much going for them when it comes to air time on the show so far.
Sila Sveta – We’re not sure why we didn’t see them during the Judge Cuts; maybe they didn’t perform, or maybe they were edited out. Either way, the innovative act is going to be getting another chance, so here’s to hoping they can make a quick impression. We do also want to mention both Evelenplay and Russian Bar Trio, mostly because they, like Sila Sveta, shined during the auditions but were not seen on the show again. Unfortunately, this happens with some acts every season.
Of these three wildcard acts, Steven clearly has the biggest change to go far; he’s the most recognizable, and magic has become very popular on the show.
