‘American Horror Story’ season 6: Could Emma Roberts return?

AHS -

When answering the question mentioned in the title, we know that we would love to see Emma Roberts back on “American Horror Story” for another episode or two. She was a part of the third and fourth seasons, with her role as Madison Montgomery in the former remaining a standout part for her and something super-notable from the run of the series.

While promoting the new season of “Scream Queens” as San Diego Comic-Con this week, the actress did confirm an interest in coming aboard the super-mysterious sixth season, even if she did stop short of saying that it was going to happen for certain:

“I think that there might be [hope for a return]. I was going to last season … I would love to go back and do a few episodes.”

The biggest hindrance we see for Emma coming back on for another stint is mostly the simple fact that she has this other role on the Fox series that films around a similar time and will utilize her for a rather hefty percentage of it. We cannot see her having a big “Horror Story” role as a result of it, even if we are hoping that she gets an episode or two in a story that matters.

For now, we’d settle for FX or executive producer Ryan Murphy even giving us a partial list of confirmed cast members for the anthology series. We know Evan Peters will be back, and the same goes for Cheyenne Jackson.
