The Battle Back Competition is coming your way on “Big Brother 18” Friday night, and in preparation of that very thing, we’ve got a new sneak peek for you below!
In this clip (via Entertainment Tonight), you can see the first evicted houseguest in Glenn Garcia face off against Jozea Flores (second out) in the first battle to advance to the next round. Based on what we’re seeing here right now, it looks as though the show is reusing old competitions in various forms for some of these. The two guys have to travel down and collect “berries” after balancing on various logs, and the first one to finish moves on to face the next opponent. We know that to be Victor, but these two guys have no clue.
We know in our heart that Glenn would be the most exciting person to re-enter the game, and we’d go so far as to say that it’s not even close since it’d be the best underdog story of all time. However, we think that the editing on this sneak peek is being very kind to him in terms of being able to actually pull this off. He’s got a great spirit, but we’re not entirely sure it is as close as it seems. This is a physical competition, and Mr. Boogie-Down Bronx just doesn’t have the speed or the athletic ability of someone like Jozea.
Also, it’s good to see that Jozea is still working the Messiah angle. He’s completely delusional, but hey: It’s kind of his thing now!
