‘Big Brother 18’: When will live feeds return due to Battle Back competition?

Big Brother -For those of you hoping to enjoy some “Big Brother” live feeds tonight after the new episode airs on CBS, we come bearing some rather-sad news: You’re going to be stuck waiting for a little while longer.

CBS has now confirmed that due mostly to the Battle Back competition taking place following Thursday night’s eviction show, the feeds are going to remain down until 9:00 p.m. Pacific time (midnight Eastern) following Friday’s special episode. That’s a long wait, but hardly a shocking one since otherwise the entire contents of Friday’s show would be revealed in advance. There is certainly a precedent for this. Every year, feeds go down around the time of the final four elimination due to timing and scheduling issues, and in Canada they tend to go down for a weekend around an instant eviction.

Therefore, we suggest you catch up on other shows (HBO’s “The Night Of” is amazing so far), go do something else addictive like playing “Pokemon GO,” or get all of your grocery shopping done until the feeds go down in September. (Here’s to hoping you’re eating a lot of non-perishable foods!) There will probably be at least some fireworks when the feeds do return, or at least there could be depending on who comes back.

Come back tomorrow, since we are going to do our best to rank the contenders to return to the game. If you missed it, right now all signs are pointing towards Tiffany going home over Da’Vonne, despite some pretty rigorous campaigning here and there.
