‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ star chimes in on Teresa Giudice’s interview walk-off
There is always a decent amount of controversy when it comes to “The Real Housewives” universe, but this weekend, we may even be willing to wager that there was more than usual away from the show. Take, for example, earlier this week when Teresa Giudice of the New Jersey version of the show walked off during an interview on “Access Hollywood Live” after feeling as though she was asked a “rude” question about her husband Joe potentially getting deported following his time in prison. It is something that has been discussed in the media already, so we were a little shocked by the reaction.
Now, we’ve got some further clarity on the subject from someone else from the franchise. Speaking in an interview of her own on the show with Dave Karger and Kit Hoover, Heather Dubrow of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” sympathized with Teresa’s plight, but also suggested that this was hardly a blindside question given that there were stories out there.
Specifically, Dubrow argued that there could be other ways to answer it, or have her publicist tell the hosts beforehand that she will not be discussing the subject during any interviews. (Hoover and Karger claim that they were not given any restrictions before speaking with Teresa.)
This controversy is probably going to die down a little bit over the coming days, so here’s to hoping that everyone can just move on. Also, Teresa may need to end up steering clear of the interview circuit in the event that she does not want to discuss this in any way.
