‘The 100’ season 4 spoilers: First details on new characters
The fourth season of “The 100” may be many months away from airing (think midseason), but luckily, that is not stopping some early casting notices from coming out.
According to TVLine, there are a couple of new characters you can expect to meet over the course of the coming episode.
1. Hugo – First, we love the name. Maybe it’s because it reminds us of “Lost,” or maybe because it reminds us of Victor Hugo. It’s hard to really say which. He is in his twenties, has a strong, super-physical presence, and is known for having some leadership skills. He’s also got a heart, since recovering from what ALIE did with him will not be easy for him to do.
2. Kenza – She is a little more religiously-oriented, and is not so much about bloodshed or war these days. She’s meant to be a little younger than Hugo.
The great news when it comes to “The 100” more so than anything else is that we know it has the capacity to craft great characters. Just look at Clarke, Lexa, Bellamy, Octavia, or many of the other people we have come to know over the years. It’s with that in mind that we welcome some new additions … especially since we expected that we would meet some more people over the course of the year. With multiple main characters now gone, there are some holes on the show that need to be filled. Also, you do need to open up some more parts of the show’s universe.
