‘Bones’ season 11, episode 21 video: New sneak peek with Gilles Marini

There is a new episode of “Bones” airing on Fox Thursday night, and as a result of that, we’re going to see many new fascinating characters and places.

Based on the sneak peek for “The Jewel in the Crown” below, one of the most fascinating aspects of the hour could be getting a chance to see none other than Gilles Marini play a role that seems particularly villainous as a powerful, incredibly wealthy man with some secrets that he is trying to keep from law enforcement.

The first thing about this sneak peek that stands out is the simple fact that Marini’s character did not even know his wife was dead, even though he had not spoken to her for some time. He also pretended as though she was around to a certain extent. From there, he refused to really answer many questions other than that she was away “shopping in New York” while he was taking care of some family business.

From here, things got a little bit more confrontational as he refused to allow Booth, Brennan, and Aubrey into his house to collect evidence on him. Eventually they claimed that they would be coming back with a warrant, and he issued another warning to go along with that. Clearly, this guy is threatening, and feels as though he has a lot of power. Does he? Well, that is something that we’re going to have to see when the episode airs. For now, he’s almost the sort of suspect who is so obvious as a possible murderer that it feels way too easy to call it.
