‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Robby Hayes, JoJo Fletcher talk girlfriend rumors (video)

For those of you wondering just when the JoJo Fletcher – Robby Hayes drama was going to be there on “The Bachelorette” this season, we’ve got a pretty-clear answer for you: Things are going down next week!

During hometown dates, JoJo is going to get a chance to spend more alone time with him, but at the same time, be confronted more with the idea that he was with another woman potentially before coming on the show. The precise rumor is hard to pin down. Is it that Robby had a girlfriend and left her before the show, or does he still have one? Is he just one the show for the fame of it all? It’s complicated, but the reality is that the majority of these guys are on the show because they want the fame. The same probably goes for JoJo. The difference is that some also want love, and they can have the best of both worlds from the experience. Some people love fame so much that there’s no room in their hearts for anything else.

Specifically, JoJo pleads for him to just be honest about the situation, since it is better that she learns about it now than at some point down the road. It doesn’t feel like she is laying the groundwork for whatever this is to be a rule-breaker, but it would be hard for her to pick someone at the end of this who was not being entirely honest with her from the start this season.

The bad news for Robby is that going into hometowns, he probably has more momentum with her than ever before. After all, he did just get a group date rose!
