‘Hawaii Five-0’ season 7 spoilers: What’s coming in Chin’s family life?
The past season or so for Chin on “Hawaii Five-0” has certainly been a complicated one. For one thing, you’ve got the situation going on with Abby, which was clearly not what it seemed. To go along with that, you also have questions regarding Gabriel’s daughter.
Could Chin end up adopting the child? It’s understandable there are questions, but as executive producer Peter M. Lenkov says to Entertainment Weekly, it’s a complex situation with no easy answer:
“She’s got family in Mexico also … It’s going to look like she’s going to end up going back there, and I think Chin is going to understand that it’s probably better for her to go with a mother and a father and kids, and it’s probably a better environment for her. But there’s going to be a little hiccup in that. We’re going to see a nice little arc between Gabriel’s family and Chin for the sort of soul of this little girl.”
Even if all of this unfolds predictably, rest assured there will still be plenty of story for Chin. He’s a man who always is at the center of the action, and through the series, his personal life has become more and more of a focus.

There must be something magical when it comes to filming there; otherwise, why would you keep going back?
