‘Sherlock’ season 4 cast, crew wish Wales good luck against Portugal
The fourth season of “Sherlock” has been in the process of filming for some time, and with that, we better be prepared for what could end up being a heck of a firecracker season whenever it does air!
Unfortunately, the quick video HERE from executive producer Sue Vertue’s Twitter account does not really do much when it comes to giving you scoop on what lies ahead; instead, it was more of a good-luck message for Wales football team for their matchup against Portugal. While not everyone who works on the show is Welsh, this is an example of solidarity for the region of Britain in which the show films, and as a whole, it is still an exemplification of British pride at a time of uncertainty for the nation.
Unfortunately, Wales did not end up winning the match, but we’re sure that some certainly appreciated the well-wishes from the cast and crew. “Sherlock” is not the only show that attempted something like this, as we also saw another Steven Moffat series in “Doctor Who” post a similar message.
Understandably the Benedict Cumberbatch – Martin Freeman series has been extremely coy when it comes to sharing details regarding what lies ahead, so hopefully that is something we’ll have a little bit more insight on in the near future. We also hope that includes something resembling a premiere date so we know precisely what we are looking forward to.
