‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 4 spoilers: First news on AnnaLynne McCord appearance
We certainly know that shows on The CW like to book actors with prior network experience, so we cannot say we are particularly shocked to see AnnaLynne McCord coming back after some time on “90210” for an upcoming “Beauty and the Beast” season 4 episode. As for who she is going to play let’s just say that it is someone who is particularly dangerous.
If you look below, you can see without delay the official synopsis for the July 21 episode entitled “Love is a Battlefield,” which is a pretty excellent name just from a classic-rock perspective alone. It’s also fairly informative:
“Vincent (Jay Ryan) goes undercover with a sexy operative (guest star AnnaLynne McCord), who Cat (Kristin Kreuk) discovers is an assassin. Vincent has to play both sides, while Cat has to convince DHS she can still be trusted. Austin Basis, Nina Lisandrello, Michael Roark and Nicole Gale Anderson also star.”
What seems particularly interesting to us about this synopsis, and really what seems to be the theme for many episodes near the end of this season, is how big of a role trust is going to play. We’ve seen some of these characters for some time struggle to tow the line between black and white, and maybe they’re starting to understand that they may need to live a little bit in the gray if they want to make it out of this story in one piece.
We certainly are going to have some other news when it comes to this season moving forward; after all, we’re nearing the halfway point of it airing!
