‘Legends of Tomorrow’ season 2: Caity Lotz hoping to see Black Siren, Nyssa, and more

With production set to begin on “Legends of Tomorrow” season 2 sooner rather than later, isn’t this as good a time as any as to start to get some news at least in terms of what some of the actors want to see on the show moving forward? We certainly think so, which brings us to this new discussion via Caity Lotz.

In a new interview with Moviefone, the woman behind Sara Lance a.k.a. the White Canary made it clear that in addition to time-travel, she would also clearly be down to do a little bit more exploring in the multiverse than she has done to date:

“I want to see, like, especially with Earth-2 on ‘Flash,’ I think it’d be really cool to kind of see the Black Siren, which is Katie Cassidy. I want to see Katie Cassidy and Danielle Panabaker’s evil alter egos. I want to go head-to-head with them.”

Lotz also suggested that there could be a new love interest for Sara in season 2, and while Katrina Law may have a new role over on the “Training Day” pilot, she apparently had it worked into her deal that she could continue to make appearances as Nyssa on this show. Therefore, there’s some hope that we are going to have a chance to see her here! Personally, we wish that Nyssa had more of a presence in the first season, especially since most of the romances that were present there left a little bit of something to be desired.
