‘The Big Bang Theory’ season 10 spoilers: Should Howard be nervous over Air Force?
Throughout the end of the ninth season of “The Big Bang Theory,” we saw the character of Howard Wolowitz trying to do something to plan for his future, knowing that Bernadette was pregnant and that he needed to find a way to bring in a little bit more money. With that in mind, he came up with some new technology that was incredibly effective, but at the same potentially dangerous. Let’s just say there is a reason that the Air Force may be tracking some of their activities.
So is this a legitimate concern for Howard moving into the tenth season? This is something that executive producer Steve Molaro discussed a little bit at length in a new Entertainment Weekly interview:
“Based on what we’ve learned and what we’ve been researching, it could be fine, but I think there is a small percentage chance that they should actually be concerned … That storyline is certainly not finished. They have no choice but to see what the Air Force wants and then go from there.”
Personally, we’d like to see this story continue for a few different reasons, with the primary one being of course that there is a lot of humor that comes out of Howard being aggressively paranoid. From there, another point of interest is the simple idea that if this does work out, he could have developed something to support his family. One of the great ironies of this show, at least to us, is that Howard is a guy who has been to outer space, and yet still remains in many ways disrespected by his peers.
