‘BrainDead’ episode 4 preview: How to restart government
For those of you who are watching “BrainDead” on CBS, we begin this article with some bad news: You will be waiting a little while to see what is coming up next. Due to the 4th of July holiday there is no new episode airing over the coming week; July 11 will be when the show picks up again, and hopefully those who are watching now continue to do so given that there is not really a whole lot of ratings wiggle room at present.
There is still a lot to like with this show, and on the next new episode entitled “Wake Up Grassroots: The Nine Virtues of Participatory Democracy, and How We Can Keep America Great by Encouraging an Informed Electorate” (yep, we’re keeping those longer titles as a theme) we could get a little bit more of a sense as to how Laurel tries to solve the crisis in DC. Whether or not it is going to work is an entirely different story, but at least someone is trying a little bit of action.
The attached synopsis offers a little more intel right now in terms of what you can expect:
“Laurel and Rochelle try to persuade Laurel’s friend Abby (Brooke Bloom) to get an MRI so they can uncover the real cause of the strange behavior taking over Washington, D.C. Also, Luke attempts to reopen the government through a secret deal with the Republicans.”
