‘Bachelor in Paradise 3’ spoilers: Mike Fleiss teases MULTIPLE engagements

Apparently, one engagement is not enough for “Bachelor in Paradise.” While the past two seasons there has been one guy to pop the question, this time around it appears as though at least two people who do the act. Show creator Mike Fleiss basically tweeted as such earlier today. We know there are probably places out there you can figure this out, but we like to keep these relatively spoiler-free just for the sake of those who actually want to be surprised.

Is it possible that some of these people get married from this? Sure, but you have to take a somewhat-cynical approach to it given that there are so many benefits that come out of an engagement, whether it be more TV time or also some added media exposure. Also, these people only spend a few weeks filming the show, so it’s not like they have had that long to get to know each other, especially if they don’t all show up on the first night.

So far, we will at least give the show some credit for Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert, who got engaged and were eventually married; they’re still together to this day. However, there was also the hot mess from season 1 that started with Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul getting engaged, and then having a “wedding” on the second season that didn’t turn out to be official. They were never legally married, and it was only recently revealed officially that they are no long together.

This new season will premiere later this summer.
