‘Ray Donovan’ season 4, episode 1 video: Can Ray really recover?

On Showtime’s “Ray Donovan,” we’ve got a guy in Ray who has developed quite a knack for cheating death time and time again. It’s a little bit remarkable how it happens, but he’s been able to do so.

Yet, sooner or later things are going to have to catch up to him, and this is just one of many things that we could see unfold over the course of the season premiere on Sunday night. He’s going to do his best to try and rehabilitate himself, but it just so turns out that (of course) there are problems that need fixing and his oh-so-deft touch to make it happen.

Also in this episode, be prepared for another character in Terry to have a reawakening of sorts, something that will generate a reaction from Ray. Will this stick? That’s just something that we will have to see over the course of the season.

If we can give you one more tease right now from the sneak peek below, it is this: Mickey may be in hiding, but somehow, he’s still going to find a way to get his hands dirty. Given what we’ve come to know about this guy over time, this really should not surprise anyone. We’ll be back tonight with more in terms of what is coming up this season.
