‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 7, episode 3 video: The trouble with zombies

For everyone out there who enjoys watching “Rizzoli & Isles” for some of the sillier cases, we figure that there is going to be quite a bit to appreciate about the new promo below for Monday night’s “Cops vs. Zombies.” Sure, there is something serious happening at the center of the story in a murder investigation, but it’s surrounded by something so odd and out-there it really feels like this is the sort of thing that could only happen on this show.

As the title alludes to, zombies are going to be center stage for this episode … but in the fictional sense. Someone is going to be killed while at a zombie convention, and that poses a huge problem for Jane as she has to figure out how to find a killer in a sea of unrecognizable people.

Of course, we do imagine that there will be a few other important story elements over the course of this installment as well, given that you are going to be dealing more than likely with the aftereffects of what happened with Alice Sands, given that this is hardly the sort of thing that you can just get over in the blink of an eye. Meanwhile, we’re also probably going to see Maura still having to process what was revealed in terms of her brain injury, and what this means for the future. Hopefully, the zombie part of the story will be enough to keep things light, since there are some serious issues that will continue to be addressed over the course of the hour.
