‘Bachelor in Paradise’ spotlight: Will Jubilee Sharpe find true love this time?

Jubilee -From the moment that we started to get to know Jubilee Sharpe as a contender on this past season of “The Bachelor,” we figured that she would have a spot for her on “Bachelor in Paradise.” We would’ve been happy with her as “The Bachelorette,” but it’s already been pretty well-documented that many minority candidates don’t tend to end up landing that role. Also, she was eliminated earlier than most contenders for the spot tend to be.

We’re ultimately happy one way or another that we are going to get to see more of Jubilee here, largely because we do think she has a great story, and to go along with that, she’s probably going to bring a lot to the show that wouldn’t be there already. Let’s hope things work out well with her!

Show experience – Jubilee, a veteran in the military, made it several weeks into Ben Higgins’ season and even had a one-on-one date where the two of them got to know each other. However, things eventually became awkward between the two of them over some group dates, and she left before the super-serious part of the competition.

Romance potential – Moderate. We think that there is a good chance that she could find at least a temporary relationship on the show, but she has also admitted herself that “complicated” is one of the ways in which she would describe herself. There are plenty of dudes who are going to be on this season looking for an easy, relatively no-drama relationship. It’s unfortunate, but that does not make it any less true.

Drama potential – Moderate. We can see it going either way for Jubilee, honestly. She is someone who had some drama here and there on Ben’s season, especially when she wouldn’t let the other women gang up on her … and many of them are, unfortunately, on this season. If she can get away from that, she will be fine.
