‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’: How often is Teresa Giudice seeing husband Joe?
The new season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” is going to be coming your way starting on July 10, and if there is one way to describe it, we’d say it is as a “season of change.” After all, in the beginning Teresa Giudice is going to be doing her part to adjust to life outside of prison, and eventually, we’re going to see her husband Joe go behind bars and begin his own sentence.
We probably won’t be seeing too much of the prison visits themselves on the show moving forward, but we do have a sense as of what they are like now, courtesy of what her attorney James Leonard said to People Magazine:
“She’s been going up every other weekend, with whichever of the girls don’t have activities … Where he is, you get a certain number of points every month and each visit counts as a point. Weekend visits are considered more points. So because he also has his mother and sister coming to visit, and Teresa can’t go during the week because the girls are in school, they’re having to do it every other weekend.”
Is it sad that Joe is only getting so much time with his kids? Certainly so, but we cannot really act like we are altogether surprised, given that this is prison that we’re talking about here. This is not exactly the sort of place where there is a tendency for people to do you many favors. Joe will be there for several years unless he is let off early, so the family will have time to work out some sort of rotation.
