‘Reign’ season 3, episode 16 video: Elizabeth’s latest plot

The third season of “Reign” is returning on Monday night after a week-long hiatus, and in doing so, we’re going to have a chance to see a story that revolves in part around some secretive politics both in Scotland and in England.

In the sneak peek below, you specifically get a sense of what Elizabeth has planned; let’s just say that in part revolves around Denmark, and using Lola as a tool to get precisely what she wants. What ends up complicating this somewhat is that there is certainly a chance that Lola could go rogue; based on the evidence that is out there, it’s possible that she could have some ulterior motives that could cause Elizabeth to question her trust in one form or another.

As for the Mary story, be prepared for something very different for her since following her arrival in Scotland, she is going to be forced to answer some extremely-tough questions regarding who she can trust in the country. She’ll have to go undercover for the time being until she figures it out, and we wonder just how easy that is going to be when you consider for a moment that she has spent so much time in a position of power that it may not be easy for her to blend into the background.
