‘The Bachelorette’ video: Chad Johnson, Daniel Maguire’s strategy session goes south
Now, Daniel is somehow becoming the voice of reason to Chad in the sneak peek below, advising him to exercise a little more caution in the wake of punching a door. Also, he tries to make an analogy in which he is Hitler … which Chad does not seem particularly excited to hear. Let’s just leave this year: Nobody wants to be compared to Hitler. Daniel changes the analogy then to Donald Trump, which is a somewhat ironic move given that we’ve certainly heard some in the media cycle use that comparison as well.
Basically, we almost want to call these two guys the Clint and JJ of the season — neither is going to win, but it’s possible at least one of them, if not both, ends up on “Bachelor in Paradise.” They’re the guys who act like tools most of the time, are moderately entertaining to watch, and will probably try to have some sort of “redemption” arc later this summer before going on “After Paradise” and screwing it up. Hey, can’t we have a crystal ball that goes that far into the future? We like to think so!
Check out over here to see more from this upcoming episode of “The Bachelorette,” which is the first of two coming up this week. That means double the drama! With that said, it also probably means double the opportunities for us to lose some of the more entertaining personalities this season. You know Jordan’s going far, right? It’s too obvious at this point.
