‘Ink Master’ season 7 finale video: The judges size up Christian Buckingham, Cleen Rock One, Anthony Michaels

The “Ink Master” season 7 finale is going to be here tonight at 10:00 p.m. Eastern time, and more than that, we know that it is going to be LIVE. With that in mind, it’s a little bit more difficult to give an in-depth sneak peek since there are only a handful of pre-taped portions to this episode. The rest will be done with all of America watching on; we’ll know the winner at the same time the remaining artists do.

So the video below is a little bit of an atypical sneak peek for us. In this clip, you can see the judges in Chris Núñez, Oliver Peck, and Dave Navarro (who doubles as host) explain some of their thoughts when it comes to the final three in Christian Buckingham, Cleen Rock One, and Anthony Michaels. They profile what each one of them brings to the table, their respective journeys, and what they have going for them.

The judges also detail the huge challenge coming up in terms of having two master canvases, and a whopping 48 hours of total tattoo time. This is where you really get a sense of someone’s skill, and where experience could really aid someone like Christian and hurt someone like Anthony. Granted, at the same time there is such spirit and momentum behind Anthony that who knows? Maybe he will be able to pull it off.

One way or another, we will know tonight, and we’re thrilled to have a full review coming up as soon as the winner is announced!
