Billboard Music Awards 2016: Where to live-stream red carpet pre-show
The 2016 Billboard Music Awards are going to be airing starting at 8:00 p.m. Eastern tonight on ABC, and there’s quite a bit to expect. Performance-wise, the likes of Lukas Graham, Ariana Grande, Blake Shelton, and Gwen Stefani are going to be joining the likes of Justin Bieber, Celine Dion, DNCE, The Go-Go’s, Demi Lovato, Shawn Mendes, P!nk, “Kia’s One to Watch” Troye Sivan, Britney Spears, Fifth Harmony featuring Ty Dolla $ign, and Nick Jonas featuring Tove Lo. Madonna will also pay tribute to Prince over the course of the evening, and we anticipate there will be a few surprises here and there.
Ultimately, this article isn’t really about the roster of performers, though. Instead, this is an answer to the title above: Where can you live-stream the red-carpet pre-show? If you head over here, you will have an opportunity to stream the show immediately starting at 6:30 p.m. Eastern time / 3:30 p.m. Pacific on the official Billboard site. There’s no guarantee that every artist we mentioned will walk the red carpet, but there is at least a chance.
We do say this often, but it bears repeating that some of the articles out there pledging to have an official live stream for the show itself can misleading; often, they link to unauthorized sources that are not always guaranteed to work. This is why our suggestion is to simply watch the show itself on ABC. If you are in Canada, the show airs north of the border on CTV. Check your local listings if you live in other countries / territories.
We’ll have some further coverage on the Billboard Music Awards throughout the night; rest assured, your go-to source can be found over at the link here!
