‘Real Housewives of Dallas’ preview: Cary Deuber drama and more
While there have been some times since the beginning of “The Real Housewives of Dallas” that we’ve seen the show develop more of an identity as opposed to being yet another edition of the franchise, there are some elements of the next new installment that feel very much like they could have been from any version of the show. Really, all you would have to do are plug in a few different details in here and there.
Basically, this episode is going to revolve in part around a charity event, which if you know this franchise is mostly just code for “place where things are going to blow up and take a turn for the worse.” Also, we’re going to have a scandal surrounding Cary Deuber break out thanks to some rather-unfortunate drama, and this really is the sort of stuff we’re accustomed to seeing on this show time and time again.
For a little more insight, just take a look at the attached synopsis:
“Tiffany attempts to solidify her standing in Dallas by throwing a charity concert with her rocker husband Aaron at the House of Blues. Brandi is shaken by traumatic news about her younger brother Michael. LeeAnne and Stephanie meet in an attempt to reconcile differences. Cary’s apprehensions about LeeAnne grow at a gothic-themed party.”
The most true-to-this-show story this week is unfortunately also probably the saddest, mostly because of some of the news that Brandi receives when it comes to her brother, who has spent some time serving the country overseas.
