‘Quantico’ finale reaction: Show boss on Claire reveal, Marcia Cross’ future
On the season 1 finale of “Quantico,” there were a number of big reveals. For one, we saw the end of the Liam story once and for all as the character was finally put into handcuffs. Meanwhile, we also had a chance to learn a thing or two more regarding Claire Haas and her surprising involvement when it comes to the attack. Alex Parrish learned that she may have been much more involved in the attack than she first realized. Unfortunately, there’s not much she can do about it right now.
Are we going to see more of Marcia Cross on the show moving forward? There are some signs that seem to suggest that this is coming, especially since executive producer Josh Safran tells TVLine that he is hoping to get her back. He also explained that her story was left unresolved for a reason:
“It’s on purpose that she’s out there and it’s this thing that Caleb knows and Alex knows and other people know, but nothing can really be done about it because there’s no actual proof — again, getting into the shades of gray that have been the whole raison d’etre of the show: It’s never black and white, you’re never good or evil, going all the way back to her father.”
Safran also made it clear that he would like to have more of Henry Czerny on the show moving forward, given that he now has an interesting role as the person responsible for offering Alex something new.

Handcuffs? Looked to me like Liam got shot in the head and chest. Did you get a different edit as an advanced copy to review?
