‘Empire’ season 2, episode 17 video: Taraji P Henson, Jussie Smollett, cast on ‘who pushed Rhonda?’ theories

We’re getting closer and closer to the end of “Empire” season 2, and with that more than likely comes a wide array of different stories that are sure to explode. What’s one of the biggest ones? It simply has to do with the matter of Rhonda, and precisely who was responsible for pushing her down those now-infamous stairs.

In the vide below, you can see Taraji P Henson, Jussie Smollett, and many other cast members really talk on the subject, and it’s pretty clear that there are some leading candidates. Anika is at the top of the list, but could it really be anyone else at this point? Sure, but the writers are really going to have to sell us on it. What makes this reveal so complicated is that we saw the Louboutins as a viewing audience, but Rhonda did not. Therefore, you cannot say necessarily that this is a character on a TV show trying to frame us sitting at home trying to watch.

Some other possibilities do exist out there, whether it be someone like Cookie, a recurring character, or maybe someone we haven’t even met yet. The biggest question right now is one of motivation. Why do this? What does any odd person gain from it? It’s unfortunately something that we cannot answer fully right now, but we’ll be able to at some point in the near future.
