‘Game of Thrones’ season 6 spoilers: More on Dany’s drama ahead

Dany -So far through three episodes, the Dany storyline on “Game of Thrones” has certainly been slow-moving and then some. Basically, what we’ve had a chance to see so far is that she is being told by those within the Dothraki that she has to come to terms with living a life alongside other widows (if she’s lucky), and just as you would expect, that’s not exactly something that she is particularly willing to hear. This sets in motion some conflict, and based on what we are hearing right now, there could be by the end of this particular arc a few surprising developments.

In speaking on this subject further in a new chat with TheWrap, Joe Naufahu (who plays Khal Moro on the show) made it clear just what sort of conflict is going to lie ahead:

“The Dothraki want to follow their traditions and Daenerys wants to do something else, so it’s going to come to a crossroads … Someone’s going to have to make a decision. There’s going to be fireworks, for sure.”

Let’s just hope that these fireworks prove to be entertaining ones, and they get us to a place that we have long wanted to be in as a fan of this show: Dany finally getting a chance to get closer to Westeros, and interacting with many of the other main characters. It’s still shocking to think that we are six years into this show, and there are so many members of the cast who Emilia Clarke has not had a chance to work with just yet.
