‘Game of Thrones’ season 6, episode 3 preview: The journey for Emilia Clarke’s Dany

Oathbreaker -While Dany sat out this past episode of “Game of Thrones” entitled “Home,” trust us when we say that she’ll be back in a big way on Sunday’s “Oathbreaker” with a story that will hopefully progress her forward beyond just being captured and led by the Dothraki.

We have to say that the direction of this story so far is something that we did not anticipate. When we first learned that Emilia Clakre’s character was going to be snatched up by these people, the question that came along with that was how they were probably either going to torment and torture her, or eventually allow her to become their Khaleesi once more.

Instead, it turns out that this particular horde wants to send her to where other Dothraki widows go and live out their days. If she goes along with it, all of a sudden her dreams and envisions of conquering Westeros and restoring her family name to the Iron Throne are completely gone. It’s going to be a near-impossible task to turn things around, but the good news for her is mostly that she has done this before. Therefore, if anyone is capable of pulling such an event off, we certainly have to believe at this point that it is her.

Hopefully, she will have help soon from Ser Jorah or Daario, since both of them are currently tracking her down while Tyrion and Varys are working to help keep things under control in Meereen with Missandei. Let’s just say that this is proving to not be a very easy task.
