NBC’s ‘The Voice’ results: Did #VoiceSave help Nick Hagelin, Daniel Passino?
Tonight, “The Voice” is narrowing down the top ten to the top nine, and of course with that, we’re going to have the same exact process that we’ve seen over the course of the entire season.
The first artist declared safe tonight really should not come as much of a surprise at all: Alisan Porter. After all, she was in the top 10 when it comes to iTunes over the past 24 hours, and her status as the favorite seems to be firmly back in stone. From here, Adam Wakefield was the other person declared safe, which also makes some sense given that we’ve cemented him for a long time as the other main contender this season. Next up, there was some welcome news in Shalyah Fearing being safe. She was near the bottom of iTunes, and we were slightly concerned that she could need the #VoiceSave to stick around.
After a performance from Sawyer Fredericks (who was great), Hannah Huston and Mary Sarah were declared safe. No surprise here at all. Bryan Bautista was next, and this one just made us happy since he is coming off of a great performance. Paxtron Ingram was next.
The bottom two tonight were Nick Hagelin and Daniel Passino, and from the moment that Shalyah was declared safe, it was clear that this was probably going to be what happened close to the end of the show. The process here was just as easy to telegraph. Nick gave the better performance tonight, and ultimately, he was put through to the next round!
