‘Survivor: Kaoh Rong’ episode 12 preview: Can Jason find some cracks in the alliance?
One of the classic rules of “Survivor” is a rather simple one: Be flexible. Always. Never take a second to get your mind out of the game, or to slip up when someone could be listening. If you do just that, you run the risk of being found out, and your whole game snatched away from you.
Next week, Kyle Jason is going to be the one potentially doing the game-snatching, as he starts to realize more and more that there are some fractures forming in the majority alliance. Things haven’t really worked out in Michele’s favor, for example, as of late. Last week, she was not told that Scot was being voted out; this week, she was forced to see her close ally Julia leave the game. Maybe this is time for her to make a move? It’s possible.
Another thing that is interesting now is the idea of Cydney and Aubry going separate ways after being close allies the final few weeks. The thing here is that Cydney seems to be a smart player, and with that, she definitely has to understand that Aubry is someone who wins in a landslide in the end. If there is a time to take her out, this may be the only chance … provided that she can get Tai on board. Joe is never flipping on her, and while she may not love Jason, it does seem like she’s keeping that option open.
There’s one other thing to remember going into next week’s episode: Thanks to all the injuries, we’re likely looking at a final two this season. The finale as of now is poised to start with just four people.
