‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 3 spoilers: When will Hive’s plans start to (finally) become clear?

“Agents of SHIELD” season 3 has spent the majority of the past few weeks setting up the story of Hive, and it definitely feels fair to say that this guy means business at the moment! After all, he is the responsible party for really depriving us of the goodness of seeing the Secret Warriors play out for longer than an episode, and at present, he is also keeping Daisy Johnson from being one of the good guys. He’s got control of her mind, and at the same time seems to be amplifying some of her powers.

In the May 3 episode entitled “Failed Experiments,” we may finally start to piece together a little bit more of precisely what that character has been really up to. Not all of his plans have been made altogether clear, so it will be nice to have a little bit more in the way of clarification as to what he wants these Inhumans for in the end. Take a look at the attached synopsis:

“Coulson and his team race to combat Hive’s control over the Inhumans, as their enemy’s deadly plan for the human race is revealed.”

If there was ever a need for clarification that Hive will be the Big Bad for the remainder of the season, this could be it … unless of course “Captain America: Civil War” comes out and plays a role. The interesting thing about that movie is that it, at least in many ways, is the great unknown floating out there who could cause chaos for the rest of the season.
