‘Legends of Tomorrow’ episode 12 preview: The Pilgrim versus our world

There’s yet another episode of “Legends of Tomorrow” airing on The CW Thursday night, and in this particular case, the show has come up with a fairly interesting way to deal with some of the shifts and permutations from the timeline.

Specifically, we’re talking about the team battling someone else who is a time-traveler, rather than them having the upper hand on almost everyone other than Chronos. The Pilgrim is one of the most deadly assassins originating from the Time Masters, and she is entering the timeline now to take out earlier versions of our main characters to ensure that they can cause no more disruptions. Basically, it’s a race to stop her before they’re all just a pile of bones, useless to the cause.

While the whole mechanics of it all are still a little bit unclear, the sneak peek below does suggest further that there is some tension starting to form already between the different team members, with the primary subject at the middle of it being who the Pilgrim will go after first. Attacking Kendra is a lost cause, and Rip also makes it clear that trying to murder him would be a little bit complicated. He’s safe, and this seems to irk Snart, who all of a sudden wants a little bit more information regarding the secrets that he is keeping from the team.

Rest assured that you will learn more about Rip’s past on this episode; not only that, but it could prove rather valuable in charting the remainder of the journey in this hour.
