‘Talking Saul’ spoilers: Vince Gilligan, Jonathan Banks, Peter Gould join Chris Hardwick after ‘Better Call Saul’ finale

Tonight, “Better Call Saul” is going to be capping off its second season on AMC, and as a result of that, we’re going to get for the second time this season an episode of “Talking Saul,” The aftershow hosted by Chris Hardwick aired an installment at the start of the season, and now, we’re getting a chance to see one more discussing the events of the finale, and possibly even looking ahead to the third season.

So who’s going to be in attendance this time? It makes sense first and foremost that you would see Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould, given the fact that these two guys are the architects for the show, and they will more than likely have a lot to say about the story this season. We are coming off of the best episode of the season right now, and the expectation here is that the finale could at least match that provided that they don’t go off on some weird detour like they did at the end of season 1.

Meanwhile, the two show creators will also be joined by Jonathan Banks, who of course is the show co-star and the man responsible for bringing the character of Mike Ehrmantraut to life. Mike’s story this season has been one about testing his new limits in this world, and potentially what he will and will not do. You could argue that he recently performed one of his own half-measures, and we have to wonder what the effects of that would be when it comes to Hector and his whole syndicate.
