‘Fear the Walking Dead’ season 2, episode 3 preview: ‘Ouroboros’ and Madison – Strand conflict

The second season of “Fear the Walking Dead” is now two episodes into its run, so we’re starting to now get a sense of just what this particular story is. It’s one of danger, for sure, but also mistrust, violence, and chaos. While the show may still be figuring out some of what to do with these characters, we are at least getting more hooked on some of them than we were in the days of the pilot.

With that, we’re thrilled to share with you some more proof that next week’s “Ouroboros” is going to be an interesting one. Just take a look, per TV Guide, at the attached synopsis:

“Madison confronts Strand about his mysterious destination. Meanwhile, Nick, Alicia and others inspect wreckage from a plane crash.”

For those of you wondering what this title is a reference to, the “Ouroboros” is a symbol of a serpent eating its own tail, which nowadays is popular when it comes to everything from mythology to even tattoos. It’s actually been the title for another show recently in “Teen Wolf.”

The promo below offers up a little more insight into the conflict with Strand and Madison, and it’s looking more and more like one of the big subjects of contention at the moment here is whether or not the group is heading to Mexico. Also, Nick is in danger, and the result of the group is really going to have to hurry to ensure that he is safe.
