‘Blue Bloods’ season 6, episode 20 video: Jamie, Eddie talk Nicky’s dating life

There’s another episode of “Blue Bloods” coming on Friday night, and in one way or another, you can prepare for the character of Nicky to be front and center for a number of different storylines.

The fun side of things for the character is captured effectively in the sneak peek below, where you get a chance to see Eddie offer Jamie a little bit of advice when it comes to dealing with some of the new wrinkles in Nicky’s personal life; specifically, that she could be dating a police officer. She reminds him that his niece is now 19 years old, and compared to some of the people she was dating when she was this old, this really is not so bad at all. Sometimes, it is a good thing to just take a deep breath and let someone live their lives the way they want, and that is some advice that Jamie is going to have to figure out how to take here.

As for the not-so-fun side, we do know that eventually in this episode, Nicky could find herself getting captured by none other than serial killer Thomas Wilder, and her life could end up being on the line. From here, Danny and the entire Reagan family may need to come together to ensure that she is safe. This is the sort of case that exposes the serious dangers that come with doing this job. While the Reagans may do a lot of good for New York City, there are certainly some downsides here and there, as well, that need to be remembered.
