NBC’s ‘The Voice’ results: Were Bryan Bautista, Moushumi, Owen Danoff, Emily Keener eliminated?
Tonight, “The Voice” is airing its first results show of the season, and that’s always interesting for a variety of different reasons. We get a chance to see what America really thinks of the remaining artists, and to go along with that, if there is much of an alignment this year between iTunes results and overall votes. Given that there was not a single artist who completely cleaned house in sales this week, we don’t have many of those 10x multipliers in play. Therefore, iTunes may play a little bit less of a factor in this results show than it will at some point a little bit later in the season.
As always with these articles, we’re going to be covering everything live! Be sure to check back soon for some more updates.
Team Pharrell – America saves Daniel Passino and Hannah Huston, while Pharrell saves Emily Keener. We really can’t fault anyone for these results, though we were certainly shocked to see a Coach Comeback artist make it without even their coach’s help. Hannah is probably the favorite from Pharrell’s team.
Team Blake – America saved both Adam Wakefield and Mary Sarah, and (thankfully) we ended up seeing him save Paxton Ingram. He’s a super-talented guy, and with that, we are definitely happy to see him safe for a little while longer.
Team Christina – Was it the right choice to save Nick Hagelin on America’s part? We could see there being division on that one. However, that’s their choice, and they also of course went with Alisan Porter. Christina, meanwhile, kept Bryan Bautista.
Team Adam – Owen Danoff was safe thanks to Adam! America also helped Adam keep Laith Al-Saadi (a potential dark-horse this season with older viewers) and Shalyah Fearing.
