‘Agents of SHIELD’ season 3, episode 16 video: An explosive challenge in ‘Paradise Lost’
There’s a new episode of Marvel’s “Agents of SHIELD” coming your way on Tuesday, and if there’s one thing we’ll say visually about the sneak peek below, it’s this: It feels more like “Borderlands” than anything we’ve seen on the show so far.
In this clip, we’re introduced to James from the perspective of Lincoln and Daisy. This is a guy who could potentially be an Inhuman, and if he’s not, he is certainly one of those guys who will shoot you the moment you come on his property. The dude lives in a trailer, loves to drink, and (of course) seems more than happy to fire off his gun. Chloe Bennet and Luke Mitchell’s characters are hardly given much of a warm welcome here.
To make matters worse, the sneak peeks ends with Daisy seemingly situated right above a land mine … and we really cannot imagine that ending well. If James didn’t have too much of a problem with these two before this, he certainly could moving forward in this episode.
Elsewhere in this hour, be prepared for the danger surrounding Hive’s presence to escalate as Coulson and company start to gather more information; meanwhile, some more information regarding Malick could find him in a very different position at the end of the episode than he was going into it. With a title here in “Paradise Lost,” let’s just say that we’re not expecting this episode to be a parade of sunshine, rainbows, and other happy things.
