‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 12, episodes 18 and 19 preview: Two hours and Bailey / Ben drama
Tonight’s new episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” brought us quite a few developments when it comes to April and Jackson, but when two episodes air back-to-back on ABC next week, the story could revolve for the most part around Ben and Bailey.
The story for these two is at least the part of the equation that ABC felt inclined to release in advance, and you can get some more information in terms of what to expect below right now!
“There’s a Fine, Fine Line” – After a missing child forces the hospital into lockdown, Ben decides to operate on a pregnant mother without the proper surgical equipment. Miranda, as Chief, is faced with the repercussions of the event and whether or not Ben’s impulsive actions were justified.
“It’s Alright, Ma (I’m Only Bleeding)” – Miranda continues to deal with the aftermath of Ben’s reckless decisions and forms an advisory committee to recommend proper disciplinary action against him. Meanwhile, April and Jackson try to put their differences aside for the sake of their baby, and Arizona makes a decision that could affect her relationship with Callie forever.
Just in case you are wondering why ABC is giving you a double-dose next week, we feel like it’s mostly a scheduling issue more so than anything else. This show has 24 episodes in a season at least, and in order to get them all on the air before May sweeps end, they need to double up at some point. This also ensures that “Scandal,” which will be in hiatus next week, remains on the air a little longer, as well.
